Concerned and conflicted! Please help!?

I'm no lawyer, but I don't think that's grounds for an abuse suit. Is it abusive to take showers in a gym locker room with same people? At four, a little man-to-man coaching on hygiene isn't a bad thing. It will take more than that to get custody back. If a step-mother were exposing herself to him, that would be a different story.
