When do you remove the callus remover?

Okay, so I bought this callus/corn remover. I've been having callus on my big toe and second toe on my right foo due to my history of wearing bad fitting shoes. i got this callus remover and the directions say to soak my feet in warm water, dry and apply one drop at time and wait for it to dry. It didn't say anything about removing it and the stuff is like cement. It's hard to get off. So when do I remove it? Anybody who used this stuff before? Oh and don't worry, I'm not a diabetic and I don't have poor circulation in my legs...I'm a dancer for goodness sake!
