Why did Obama send Bush, Sr. to Haiti with Bill Clinton again? What can Bush, Sr. do . He's brain dead.?

Bush, Sr. wasn't smart when he was the President. All he knew was mindless cliches like read my lips and a free Kuwait. And it's because of him that we got eight years of Bush, Jr., who inherited the presidency..Of what possible value could he be in Haiti other than to take up space. Why didn't Obama try to send former FEMA Administrator James Lee Witt, one of the few public officials in this country who did an outstanding job in the last 40 years? The only thing Bush, Sr. is good for is jumping out of airplanes. That's a very useful skill for a former president to be of service. He's childish and a walking cliche. Obama is from the same good old boys club that every president is. He just goes with the program after running on the promise of change.
