How should I notify management I'm quitting a job that earns me less than minimum wage?

Since you will not be listing the current job on the resume and do not need any of the managers there to serve as a professional reference....just quit. This is likely what all of your other co-workers have done....hence all the no shows. If it's dead & you're not making tips it time to move on to bigger and better things. Congrats on the two other jobs. Also, it should be noted that when working in a service environment where you work for tips, there is no legal requirement that your tips average out to minimum wage. That is the chance you take with server positions. Best of luck with your future endeavors. I'm in the same boat as well.
