Please help me so confused, boy problems.?

Okay so i really like this boy. And he used to tell me he loved me all of the time. But now he's saying that he doesn't mean it, and that we're just friends. But he keeps acting like we're a lot more than friends. Like, he texts and IMs me all of the time, more than friends would. I really like him, and he knows it. And now there's this new girl. He told her that he likes her, but when I asked him he said that he was just kidding, but the girls cousin told me that he wasn't kidding. He always seems to be mad when I ask him who he likes, too. So the girl who he said he liked asked him if he liked me, and he answered Noooooooooooooooooooooooo, but when I asked he said that he wasnt gonna lie to me he doesnt like anyone. But if that's true, why does he act the way he does with me? He looks at me a certain way, that always makes my heart jump. Can you please help me because I am so confused. Does he like me, or not??
