I need to lose about 100 pounds. I've tried counting calories but that's just not working for me. My aunt done this diet and she's lost a lot of weight and has been able to keep it off. She adjusted it to fit her needs. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on getting started with this diet. Any pros or cons...Any advice you can give me would be really helpful and greatly appreciated. Also any tips on exercises that will help tighten my skin. I really don't want my skin to be loose and sagging.
