Do you have to have a bachelor's degree in this _______ to do this?

Specifically, do I have to have a bachelor's degree in philosophy to get a master's degree in philosophy or likewise in theology? I realize that many master degree programs do not care what bachelor's degree you have, but philosophy and theology are very specific fields. Any help would be great
