Why does Beck think people who don't make enough to pay income tax should serve in the military?

Glenn Beck has a tendency to create chaos feeding off of our societies primal fear. The poor are often the painted as the enemy, and plagued with the onslaught of being society's woes. It is imperative to listen and discern the misinformation, and half truths as mere bad entertainment; at the expense of the ignorant. Often times, Beck contradicts his own premises. NO I don't think individuals should have to server in the military who are economically disadvantage. Perhaps those disadvantages are stem from precarious situations, altered by manipulation of greed.
