Where can i read Betrayal by Gillian Shields online for free?

i own the first one, Immortal, and i want to read the next book, Betrayal. i found the first 11 chapters and half of the 12th at http://browseinside.harpercollinschildrens.com/index.aspx?isbn13=9780061375842 , but i can't find the rest of it. the only other places i have found require free trials and credit cards for memberships after the trial expires. I'm only 13 so i don't have a credit card, obviously. does anyone know where i can find the whole book without needing to use credit card numbers, memberships, etc? i would rather not have to download but i will if that is all that is out there.
