Lately, I've been kind of worried that I'm not eating enough. I'm a 16 year old guy. But anyway today for breakfast I had 2 pieces of toast, oj, and yogurt. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day and then for dinner I had a veggie wrap (i'm a vegetarian), a smoothie, and chips. Thats what I had all day. I just wasn't very hungry. Is that too little?
