Chunky monkey: where to buy PJ's/sleepers for a bigger baby?

My daughter is a bit big for a her age as her doctor says. She is 11 months old and weighs 25 pounds. :) Anyways I was using the zip kind of PJ's for spring summer, they are one piece have a zipper then a snap up top, or the ones that snap togerher. Well anyways yesterday I went to kohls and got her some 18 carters zip up PJ's, and they are made a bit tighter due to fire safety. Well her darn chunky arms will not fit in them. Aaaaahhh! I have looked at walmart for the zip/snap ones and they don't have them. I went to a few yard sales today and the only thing I found was PJ's in 2T that are two pieces top and bottom and they are to darn tight due to the fire safety! Tonight I squeezed her into a 12 month snap one. There has to be one piece PJ's that fit her somewhere in this world! Any help? Thanks a bunch!
