Did I test to early to get and accurate result?

Okay so I have had 2 BFP and 1/2 BFN in the past few days. And they go back and forth on me. Am I testing too soon??? I had the 10th-13th My period started on the 14 but not near as heavy as it normally is. I usually go through 1-1/2 boxes of tampons and that time I only went through 1/2 box. Am I testing to early right now, seeing how my period isn't due for another 9-11 days??? Thanks
