Help finding a recipie for galettes?

so "Harry and David" have these galette cookies. they are sooooo amazing. i have been trying to find a recipe for galettes like these. it must be in the shape of a regular cookie, not like the crepe-tart-pie form. it would be great if there was one found with jam in between. and almond paste - flavoring- is a necessary ingredient. anyone no where i can look?? please, my box of blackberry galettes is almost empty.
