How do I find reception halls that allow SELF catering?

I dont want a catering service or a place that requires you to use their catering (cause its insane how much it costs) we are doing a fondue reception. I live in minnesota, can anyone give me a site, or a place that has pictures of a banquet hall/ballroom/ ect within here (or wisconsin) that allows self catering
