Please help me!(throat problems)?

I have had a sore throat sense Monday.It hurts to breathe,Swallow,Talk.I do have Asthma.I have tried to see if my inhaler would help my throat.(It didn't)It got worse at recess I was screaming because we were playing tag and someone was coming up the slide and it was the "it".So we were screaming.Long story short,My mom let me stay home on Monday.I have been to school for 2 days since then.Do I have Strep?I am worried that I might have strep....The dr said If I got it one more time this year my tonsils are coming out!Yikes!Please help!
