UCR vs Cal State for Undergrad?

I'm struggling to choose between University of CA, Riverside and Cal State East Bay. I want to major in International Studies/Relations and go to law school after getting my Master's degree. I'm a little nervous about going to CSUEB because it's so far, I'll be on my own, and not sure if a Cal State is the best route to take for grad and law school. Likewise, I'm tired of being in Riverside and so close to home. Not to mention that UCR is often deemed as UCRejects or Retards with good reason. (Why did I apply there then? I moved to Riverside in the beginning of my senior year and felt that it wasn't right to judge since I knew nothing about it. I've now been here seven months and with another three to go before I graduate.) So I'm unsure as to which school would be better for me to do what I want to do. Please help!
