What is wrong with my wireless Router?

I bought a Netgear N300 WNR2000v2 Wireless Router online. After going through all the directions and the Netgear Genie to set the router up, I can't get any internet. I am pretty new to this internet set up stuff, so long story short I have no on earthly idea what I'm doing. I can connect perfectly fine wirelessly with my iPad and my iPhone, but when I try to connect my computer I can only get "Connected with limited access". It also displays a message that says the connection is local only. I really REALLY need to get this issue solved as quickly as possible. I thought it sounded like a permissions issue or something, but I have clicked on every property option there could possibly be, so now I'm thoroughly convinced I don't know what I'm talking about. Please help!!
