Because I don't know your ht/wt, it's hard to say what the quantities should be. I eat 6x a day, run, lift weights. I usually have a small portion of a carb --a fruit or veggie or healthy starch and a protein. They say the protein helps to metabolize the carb. For ex, I'll have a piece of string or mozarella cheese and an apple, or small salad and a protein drink . . .
