How to get fairer in 1 month?

I hav farewell party in school on feb.i shd get fairer.i'm wheatish in colour.i hav pimples on ma ryt cheek and chin.please help me how to get rid of those..my elbows are darker a bit.please tell me how to overcome all these..i shd wear Saree!!!please please please........i'm waitin!
